Be rich is a wishful thinking of most people.But few only accomplish that,mostly through time.Is it possible to be rich in just 1 day?
Well in some extreme and rare cases yes.How?
Lets make clear that under normal circumstances being rich in 1 day is almost impossible,unless you win a major jackpot or lotto.This situation resembles to what happened today in the stock market.Microsoft announced that it will bid for byuing Yahoo at 31 dollars per share being a 62% premium over yesterday clsing price of 19.18 dollars per share.
Now how could someone become rich in 1 day?
Well if you had bought yesterday the Yhoo February 2008 call at o.o3 or 3 dollars per 100 shares today it would cost before closing 4 dollaers or a 13233.33% increase,an astronomical increase meaning if you had invested yesterday lets say 10000 dollars today you would be siiting on 1 million and 330 thousand dollars,so you would be instantly a millionaire!
Of course I do not know who could have done that if someone had a crystal ball or inside information but being a millionaire overnight would be a reality!
Derivatives such as options offer tremendous leverage and returns associated with high risk but are not for everyone.
