How high can oil prices can go

How high can oil prices can go?Is there an oil bubble ready to burst?
Remember peaks and bottoms occur when all are on one side.If everybody believes oil will go to 200 dollars per barrel until Septemeber 2008 then a peak is very near and also the highs for this year.
G8 summit will talk about oil too.So if Mr or Mrs I know all abou investments believes that oil will go to 200 or 300 dollars soon then yes an oil bubble is ready to burst.
